# Téléphonie : Vue d'ensemble

## Le fournisseur managé

Le fournisseur managé de Bookivox porte l'identifiant
**`bookivox-number`**. Quand vous choisissez un numéro managé, c'est ce
fournisseur qui est utilisé.

>
> La **liste des fournisseurs** est fournie **dynamiquement** par le backend :
> d'autres fournisseurs peuvent apparaître sans mise à jour de l'interface.

## Configurations téléphoniques

Une **configuration téléphonique** associe un numéro (ou un ensemble de
numéros), un fournisseur et le **workflow** (agent) à servir. C'est l'objet que
vous référencez dans une **campagne** ou un appel sortant.

## Cas compatibles avec le transfert

Le **transfert d'appel** vers un humain fonctionne avec **Twilio**, **Telnyx**
et **ARI** (voir [Intégrations](https://docs.bookivox.com/integrations/overview.md)).
